This Multi-Family Project consisted of replacing the following: 145 water source Heat Pumps, Two 20
Horsepower Pumps, 250 ton cooling tower, and two raypak boilers, and replacement of Black Steel
piping.  Ambition was able to complete this project while the site was 100% occupied.  Through clever scheduling, project phasing and proper coordination, the entire project was able to be completed without ever closing the property.
